Terms and Conditions

These terms are provided by MDRN Marketing LLC (“MDRN Marketing”) and describe use of the mdrnmarketing.com website, inquiry forms, free website-design preview offer, and SMS messaging program. Any paid services are governed by the separate proposal or agreement you accept with MDRN Marketing.

Website inquiries and design previews

Please provide accurate information and submit only files you have permission to share. Our free website-design offer is a design preview presented during a Website Review, with no obligation to buy. Submitting an inquiry does not purchase a website or other service. An appointment is booked only after you complete the calendar confirmation. Appointments require at least 48 hours’ notice.

MDRN Marketing SMS program

If you opt in, MDRN Marketing may send the message categories you select to the phone number you provide:

These are separate choices. You may select one, both, or neither. Neither consent box is selected automatically. Consent is not required to purchase, submit a form, receive requested services, or book a call. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.

Message frequency and charges

Marketing messages: up to 4 per month. Informational messages: up to 6 per month, depending on your appointments and requests. Message and data rates may apply to messages you receive and send. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan or charges.

Stop messages or rejoin

Reply STOP to any message from our program to unsubscribe at any time. We may send one confirmation of your opt-out; after that, program messages will stop. To rejoin, complete the opt-in process again and select the message categories you want. We will not treat a new inquiry without SMS consent as permission to restart texts.

Reply HELP to a text for assistance, call (619) 695-0455, or email admin@mdrnmarketing.com. Let us know if your number changes or you no longer control the number you used to opt in.

Delivery and carrier responsibility

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Do not rely on this messaging program for emergency communications.

Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy for information about the data we collect, how it is used, and how mobile information and SMS consent are protected. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared for third-party marketing.

Changes and contact
