This policy explains how MDRN Marketing LLC (“MDRN Marketing,” “we,” or “us”) handles information collected through mdrnmarketing.com, our inquiry and website-design forms, appointment booking, and our text messaging program. Information we collect

When you contact us or request a service, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, service interests, budget, business goals, and messages. If you use our website-design intake, we also receive the branding, photos, documents, and shared links you choose to provide. Booking a call provides appointment and scheduling details.

We record the text-message consent options you select, the disclosure version presented to you, and submission timing. Our website and service providers may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and referral information through server logs, cookies, or similar tracking technologies.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare design previews and consultations, schedule appointments, provide requested services, support clients, improve our website, protect against misuse, and maintain business records. We send marketing texts only when you separately choose marketing SMS consent, and informational texts only when you choose informational SMS consent. Submitting a form or providing a phone number by itself does not authorize texts.

Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your SMS preferences are separate and optional. Marketing messages concern special offers, discounts, and service updates. Informational messages concern appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and updates about your requested services. Marketing messages are limited to 4 per month and informational messages to 6 per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Service providers and required disclosures

We use providers for website hosting, form storage, appointment scheduling, customer relationship management, communications, and website measurement, including Netlify and HighLevel. They process information to help operate these services. We may disclose non-SMS information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and prevent fraud. These purposes do not authorize sharing mobile information or SMS consent for another party’s marketing.

Cookies and website tracking

Cookies and similar technologies can support website functionality, understand visits, and connect inquiries with referral sources. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; restricting them may affect some features. Embedded scheduling and other third-party services may process technical information under their own policies.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, provide services, maintain consent and business records, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable obligations. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information through our inquiry forms.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing admin@mdrnmarketing.com. We may verify your identity and retain records when required or permitted by law, including opt-out records needed to honor your preferences. You can decline text messages and still submit an inquiry or book an appointment.

Children and updates

Our services are intended for business owners and adult representatives, not children under 13. If a child has supplied personal information, contact us to request removal. We may update this policy by publishing a revised version and effective date here.
